The second, a take on the classic Tiberius class starship. A brilliant idea, If I do say so myself The new motto is a killer (Pun inteneded): "...to explode new worlds, to seek out and destroy new life..."
Clicke here to see more of the NBT II:Underrepresented you say? Well, Sklar, the creator of this creation, helped along the lack of Blacktron 2 in this NBT infested time. He calls his creation Blacktron M.E.L. for Mobile Exploration Lab. Strange name. Ah well.
Name aside, I find this a very interesting creation. The wheel Assembly is definitely different, and the use of the Power Miners wheel/drill thingy on the back is a nice touch.

I am not sure how funny it is, but if it is, I might make more. Please give me your thoughts on either the Classic Space.com thread (Link on bottom of post) or on a comment here. Just as a bit of background info so you can decifer the comic if it is not apperant:
In every SciFi show/movie that I have watched, they all have different forms of going faster than light. My examples are: Star Trek has warpspeed, Star Wars has lightspeed, Stargate has hyperspace windows (This and SW are the closest), and Battlestar Galactica has FTL drives
I have not named this comment, but if I do make more, a name would be appreciated.

Apparently Optimal Control can build awesome. This giant Blacktron I minifig is at 6 times the scale of a regular minifig, which implies that it must be 6 times as cool. which it is.
And to make it even cooler, it is a giant mech! Now isn't that cool! Look in his Flickr account to see what I am talking about.
Now if only there was a Blacktron II one of these guys.
