Last year we had the best GWP Lego ever gave us with the 40580 Blacktron Cruiser, but on January 4th (January 1st for Lego Insiders!), 2025, we will be able to purchase a BRAND NEW Blacktron set, 10355 Blacktron Renegade!

With the name of the set, it comes as no surprise that is a remake of the classic Renegade. what's next? Maybe a remake of the Message Intercept Base? We can only hope.
I initial reaction is one of pleasure. I'm not over the moon with joy, but I'm happy for the relatively low price point, 3 minifigs, plus a robot! We get a new trans yellow piece, along with one of those Benny SSS cockpits. I look forward to purchasing and building it! Maybe I'll actually do a review of it this time! (Unlikely, but we shall see.)
